Maintenance - Free Equine Fencing
The technology behind Equi-Safe® was developed in Europe over 20 years ago with the simple goal of creating a maintenance-free horse fence that would, by its unique design, minimize potential injury to the horse, and due to its attractive appearance, enhance property value.
AVCON, Inc, the parent company of Equi-Safe®, recognized a need in the US equine fencing world for a product that combined the strength and durability of HDPE with a unique electric fence component built in, and brought Equi-Safe® horse fence to the United States in 2003.
Equi-Safe® horse fence is a product unlike anything seen in the US before now. It is unbreakable, environmentally friendly, safe, weather resistant, and economical. Equi-Safe® was originally and continues to be manufactured at our facility in Lakewood, NJ. As a result word about this unique equine fencing system initially began to spread throughout the Northeast. Today, Equi-Safe® fences can be found across the country, from Maine to Hawaii, as well as in Europe and Australia.
At Equi-Safe® we continue to push the technology, taking the original design and improving on it with the ultimate and simple goal of producing the best horse fence available on the market today.
